Big problem about resource dlls.

I have asked my question in the Resource DLLs in a subfolder thread, but
nobody answers, so I post a new thread. In my test application I use the
EnumProcessModules SDK function to enumerate all modules the current process
loads, when I set HKEY_CURRENT_KEY_USER\Software\Borland\Locales
F:\multest\Project1.exe to ENU, from the form captions I can see the
resources are changed ,but the F:\multest\Project1.ENU is not in the modules
list ,that is to say F:\multest\Project1.ENU is not a module or it is not
currently loaded. I wonder what is the actual format of .ENU \ CHZ files
.And LoadLibrary function cannt load such files.

The following suggestions are little aged but they work.

Scenario 1 (different executables one for each language)
--------------------------------------------------------

In the ressource file do something like

#ifdef ENGLISH
LANGUAGE LANG_ENGLISH, SUBLANG_ENGLISH_US

// Include all english dialogs here
...

// Include all english strings here
STRINGTABLE
    BEGIN
    END

#endif

Repeat the above section. One for each language.

Scenario 2 (one executable containing all languages)
----------------------------------------------------

Use a Message Compiler

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/tools/tools/message_compiler.asp

This will produce a binary file (.bin). One for each language.
Subsequently all included in the executable.
