Today I downloaded BDS 2006 trail from borland website and started some
simple tests. I started BDS and created a simple C++ VCL form
application .Then I want to create a resource dll for the test
application .I choose menu Project but the Language and Translation
Manager menu which BCB5 and BCB6 both have are inactive ,and I cann't
find the resource dll wizard .Anybody help me please.
