There is nothing to set.  Simply #include the header files for the
desired IdAuthentication... units, such as IdAuthenticationDigest.hpp,
into your code.

It already does.  But it can only choose from methods that are
registered with Indy's Authentication framework.  Each
IdAuthentication... unit that you include registers its method
automatically when the process is started.
