All depends on Kaspersky. You will need to investigate
and create exceptions in the antivirus software itself.

Advice: Do investigate and resolve it (this should not
be a big problem) Then add code to detect Kaspersky and
warn users / administrators that Kaspersky may affect
you problem. In your help, add the steps to then create
the exception. This will reduce your support load.
