Do you have any idea where it may come from?, The very first
time I used dcc32.exe was yesterday to compile computil.exe

Any help will be apreciated.

Like I said earlier, there is no reference to any de.dpr file anywhere in Indy. The compiler has to be picking it up from somewhere else outside of Indy.
