You can't do that.  Library files are compiler version specific.  You
have to compile the library using the Turbo compiler in order to use
it with the Turbo compiler.  The only way you will be able to compile
Indy using BCB 5 and then use it in Turbo is to wrap your Indy-related
code into a DLL instead, and then either generate a Turbo-compatible
import lib for the DLL or load the DLL dynamically at runtime using
LoadLibrary() and GetProcAddress().
