Yes, it is strange, but that is the default path.
(Other than being IdGlobal.hpp instead of IdGlopal.hpp, and that he
should be using the Include folder instead:
C:\Program Files\Borland\BDS\4.0\Include\Indy9\IdGlobal.hpp  )

(  *.pas files are in the source\*  folders )

Perhaps 2006 is the 4th BDS?
