You've done something wrong.
TMethod is in namespace System .... System::TMethod
#include	<vcl\system.hpp>
#include	<indy9\idglobal.hpp>

Indy9\IdGlobal.hpp is less than 400 lines long, so you are probably
not using the correct file.

You are likely using an older version of Indy, one that predates BDS,
or was not tweaked for BDS.
Apparently, several things were moved from Sysutils:: to System:: in
the VCL during the years between BCB5/6 and BDS2006.

If you are pointing to the correct folder:
C:\Program Files\Borland\BDS\4.0\Include\Indy9\IdGlobal.hpp
Then you might want to re-install Indy9 from the BDS distribution
files.
