One more thing.

This buffer does not grow dynamically.
This was intentional in my design, in case
the consumer thread stops, then we get memory
growing and growing.

The packet size is 4096 (adjustable)
and the amount of packets is 512 (adjustable)

If you are receiving full UDP you may want to
change the packet size to 16384
