There is no proxy setting for TClientSocket.  You have to implement the
proxy support in your own code.  For instance, if you want to use a SOCKS
server, then you have to set the TClientSocket to connect to the proxy's
IP/Port and then send a formatted SOCKS request to the proxy to tell it
where to connect to next.
