I just told you what to do - add the actual Indy library to your project.
If you have runtime packages enabled, then you need to make sure that Indy
is included in the list of packages.  If you are not compiling with runtime
packages enabled, then the package needs to have a reference to Indy's
static lib file for its package.  The easiest way to accomplish either is to
simply drop a component onto your form, save the project, and then delete
the component.
