Ok i seem to have fixed the issue.
The problem arises because of a #DEFINE X509_NAME in wincrypt.h in 
borland c++ builder.

By renaming X509_NAME in the idSSLopenSSLheads.pas to X509_NAME_1 it was 
solved,
I also had to do this for PKCS7_SIGNER_INFO_1.

I don't know what the consequences of this will be for the moment, but 
compilation works and that's a first step.

Maybe something to look into for the indy programmers.
