BCB 6 ships with Indy 8, which is a very old version that is no longer
supported.  You should consider upgrading to the latest Indy 9 development
snapshot.

I do not know if Indy 8 supports what you are asking.  In Indy 9, you would
have to set the TIdIcmpClient.Binding.IP property to the desired adapter
address and then call TIdIcmpClient.Binding.Bind().  The UDP and RAW client
components do not directly support per-adapter bindings like the TCP clients
do, so you have to do it manually.
