I've found the answer for my problem. I downloaded Indy 9.0.17. Copy the 
IndyWin32.rsp into the 9.0.50 source directory. Run the FullC60.bat, a 
C6 directory will be created in the same level as the source directory 
is. To ease my programming, I copy .bpi and .lib to $BCB\Lib directory, 
the .bpl into $BCB\bin and all the .hpp in the C6 directory into 
$BCB\include\vcl.
