Indy 10 is a major re-write. Much of its core functionality has been
re-designed. At the higher levels, however, little changes have been made
that effect end-user's code, such as the reading and writing methods of
TIdTCPConnection have been moved to TIdIOHandler, and various event handler
signature changes.

Indy 10 has been available for awhile. A lot of people are using it in
production code.

The latest 9.0.50 snapshot.

Why?

9.0.18 is the last "official" release. But 9.0.50 is newer, and has many
bug fixes over 9.0.18. Development on 9 is almost entirely stopped in favor
of 10, though, so there will not be able more "releases" of 9, onl bug fixes
in snapshots.

C++ support in Indy 10 is not ready yet. It is still being worked on.
