On or about Wed, 5 Mar 2008 20:42:54 -0000 did "Derek Harvey"
<newsbox1@dvharvey.me.uk> dribble thusly:

Uninstall Indy in the BCB2007 setup.

Download the latest snapshot here: http://indy.fulgan.com/ZIP/indy10.zip

The file name doesn't change, but it's updated pretty much daily.

Extract that to a directory (X:\Indy for below), then follow these steps on a
command line (make sure BCB2007 is not running):

===
1)  Change directory to X:\Indy\Lib, and run "computil.exe SetupC6".

2) Edit the newly-created setenv.bat, and change the top line to this:

SET NDC12=[path to BCB2007]

3) Edit the newly-created clean.bat, and remove the last line (the one that
deletes setenv.bat).

4)  Copy Fullc6.bat to Fullc12.bat.

5) Edit Fullc12.bat, and make the following changes:

a) Comment out or remove the line that says "computil SetupC6".

b) Do a global find and replace to change "C6" to "C12".

c) Do a global find and replace to change "60" to "120".

6) Look at the modified Fullc12.bat, and decide you're going to assume
responsibility for everything it does.

7) Run Fullc12.bat, and hope you don't see "Error!" at the end.

8) Copy X:\Indy\C12\*.bpl to the BCB2007 common BPL path.

9) Load BCB2007, lick Component->Install Packages->Add, then browse to the
common BPL path and select both dclIndyCore120.bpl and
dclIndyProtocols120.bpl.

10) Scratch your head and wonder why the Indy palette pages weren't added.
===

Unless you can figure out the palette page issue, you'll have to manually add
the components one way or another, but they should work.
