Cannot use TIdImapMessageParts object

I need to use the InternalRetrieveStructure function of a TdIMAP4
component which need a TIdImapMessageParts object to proceed (bool
__fastcall InternalRetrieveStructure(const int AMsgNum,
Idmessage::TIdMessage* AMsg, TIdImapMessageParts* AParts);)

Unfortunately, Builder 2006 refuse to compile this :
TIdImapMessageParts *MsgParts = new TIdImapMessageParts;
(TIdImapMessageParts is a descendant of TCollection).

Who can tell me the solution ?
