Thanks a lot Gambit,
worked great.
I'm getting an error with this line:
>throw ESocketError(Rtlconsts_sWindowsSocketError,
>ARRAYOFCONST((SysErrorMessage(Err), Err, 'bind')));

but anyway, I will manage this error by other way.
