That is a very old build.  The current Development Snapshot build is 9.0.50.

Are you using BCB 6?  If so, then did you remove Indy 8 first?  BCB 6 ships
with Indy 8 preinstalled, and you must completely remove Indy 8 from the
machine before Indy 9 will work.  Please read the Indy Knowledge Base
