HTTP is a complex protocol to implement manually. I strongly suggest that
you switch over to a real HTTP component, such as the HTTP client in either
Indy (http://www.indyproject.org) or ICS (http://www.overbyte.be).

Did you try reading the official specifications for the HTTP protocol yet?

    Hypertext Transfer Protocol - HTTP/1.0
    http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc1945.txt

    Hypertext Transfer Protocol - HTTP/1.1
    http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2616.txt
