Change these lines:

    LPBYTE *BufPtr = (LPBYTE) Buffer->Memory;

    if( (Buffer->Position + Len) >= Buffer->Size )

    ::MoveMemory(BufPtr, &BufPtr[Position], NewSize);

To these instead, respectively:

    LPBYTE BufPtr = (LPBYTE) Buffer->Memory;

    if( (Buffer->Size - Buffer->Position) < Len )

    ::MoveMemory(BufPtr, &BufPtr[Buffer->Position], NewSize);
