Check your Subject.  You said TIdSMP, not TIdIMAP4.

IMAP4 is a bastardized protocol.  There is little consistency in it,
especially between different servers.  Different servers implement various
commands slightly differently from each other.  Indy does its best to
support all of the variations that are encountered, but there are still
problems from time to time.

The RFCs are not strict enough on the contents of IMAP4 responses.  That is
why IMAP4 is so hard to implement.
