Does this happens often in practice? If my TServerSocket
gets in "Active == false" state that means all my server
functionality is dead.

What do you suggest me to get it working again? Maybe
a TTimer which will periodically check the state?

Also is it normal that I make a *second* service that will
only check if the *main* service is STOPPED and decide if
to start it again...
