You should not be using '...' to catch VCL exceptions.  Especially in BCB6,
because '...' doesn't work for VCL exception anymore.  Catch them
explicitially instead.

    catch(const EIdSocketError &)

    catch(const EIdHTTPProtocolException &)

    catch(const EIdException &)

    catch(const Exception &)

etc...
