In the 'included file' ? Please explain. Of course you can create
an instance of TServerSocket dynamically.

This is all not obvious and/or clear for me. Please be a bit more specific.

   TServerSocket *ServerSocket = new TServerSocket ( NULL );

   // use ...

   delete ServerSocket;
