That is not good enough.  That only removes Indy 8 from the IDE.  It does
NOT remove the files from the machine as well.  You have to do that
manually.  Please go to Indy's website (http://www.indyproject.org) and read
the Knowledge Base.  It has install instructions for BCB6.  If you do not
remove the actual Indy 8 files, they will interfer with Indy 9.

That is not the latest version.  The 9.0.50 snapshot is the latest.
