Hello Everyone,

I have BCB6.0 in which I am trying to install Indy9 in.  The version of indy
that came with my BCB6.0 is 8.25.  There is no MSI uninstaller in my control
panel to uninstall Indy8.25 with, so I followed the directions on the
previous post in regards to installing 9.0.18 (I manually deleted *indy*
even out of system directory).  I unzipped the zip file (both 9.0.17 and the
snapshot versions acted the same way) ran fullc6.bat.  Next, I launched BCB
and did Component | Install Packages | Add and pointed to the C6 directory
created by fullc6.bat and selected cdlIndy60.bpl.  I get no complaints (it
seems to have loaded OK) however, I suspect it still is (or some portion is)
Indy8.25 because the IdTCPClient->Connect() has no timeout argument.  The
timeout feature is the reason I wanted to upgrade to Indy9.X in the first
place.  Does anyone have any idea what to try next?  Thanks in advance.
