I managed to install indy 9 on CBuilder.
i found the answer in an indy newsgroup.
the problem was that somehow although indy 9.14
is installed without any problem. 9.17 cannot be
installed whatever someone does. I tried it on
a friend of mine and still the same problem. finally i
installed indy 9.14. Do you know what is the problem
with indy 9.17? is it worth the try of installing it over
9.14?

Just to know i used exactly the same steps for both of them
during the installation.
