you are right,i get the TIdTime's Status output,the time client program didn't connect the valid host(i assigned the host at run-time),

so,now my problem is how to assigning the host at run-time.

it look like not succeed.

IdTime1->Host = cbxServer->Text;
Edit1->Text = IdTime1->DateTime.FormatString("yyyy.mm.dd hh:nn:ss")

i track the indy's library, it look like that the IdTCPClient's method "SetHost()"  not execute when i assigning the host at run-time.
