To add an attachment, simply create a new instance of either the
TIdAttachmentFile or TIdAttachmentMemory classes.  For example:

    TIdAttachmentFile *attachment = new
TIdAttachmentFile(IdMessage1->MessageParts, "c:\\folder\\file.ext");
    attachment->ContentType = GetMIMETypeFromFile("c:\\folder\\file.ext");
    // set other properties as needed ...
