thank you very much for your help, patience and attention

i guess that it was not a good idea to interrupt reading with writing and 
inversly
the code helped to improve the procedure and it works much better now but...
there was the same problem when i closed client application using the x icon 
in top right corner of the window without disconnecting before (even when i 
placed Socket->Close() in OnDestroy,OnClose, OnCloseQuery) and exception was 
thrown pointing this time to strm->Read command in ReadBuffer function :) 
and saying the same: "the network location is no loger available; code 64"
so
i put Sleep(5000) after Socket->Close() in client application OnDestroy (!)
and this time i'm curious why it's finally working
the connection is closed properly on the server in all cases i can arrange 
but the client application window dissapears immedietely without any 5s 
delays
