Because mr joe on 62.x.x.x who after searching my site and finding that i have what he wants ,gets a search result showing that my real ip is the pc he needs to connect too is 82.x.x.x:1010 so if i am using a router and the router accepts the incoming call for the realip i can either have the server port diversion in the router admin pointing to the correct PC on my lan. if i am not using a router etc then mr joe can connect directly to my realip where the server would be listening on the port assigned.
