Correct, because you told the server to listen on an IP that no other machne
can get to.  "127.0.0.1" is the local loopback address.  Any socket that
sends data to that IP will send the data to the same machine that is sending
the data.  If your clients are not on the same machine as your server, then
they cannot use "127.0.0.1" as the target IP to send data to.  The data will
never reach the server.
