An "OpenPictureDialog does nor load an imagefile but only
gives the application a filename/filepath choosen by the user.
The application can then decide what to to with the choosen
file. So without using the html page you want to post data to
an url? You can use a HTTP component for that. Both TIdHTTP
and TNMHTTP will do. The Borland example for TNMHTTP will
show you how to do that.

You could also load the html page in a TCppWebBrowser that would
do the rest with or without a TOpenPictureDialog.

Hans.
