IdWinSock2.hpp is one of the main reasons why Indy 10 is not compatible with
BCB yet.

IdWinSock2.pas has to be written to support BCB in the first place.
Currently, it is not, but it is in the works.

No, it does not recognize what TWSAProtocol_InfoW is.  The current version
of IdWinSock.pas has a bug in regards to that particular structure, causing
BCB to not know what TWSAProtocol_InfoW is when typedefing
LPWSAProtocol_InfoW.
