I hope this is the correct group to post this question.  I want to
write a small email client that will check my inbox and also do
a spam check from the various servers out there like spamcop.
Problem is i don't know how to actually do a spam check, lets
say i have the following header in my email.

What am i supposed to check?  And how am i supposed to check it on the
servers to see if its blacklisted or spam?
