You will have to encode the message data manually.
If you are using MessageParts, then generate the final message data that you
need and save the content (excluding the headers) into a TStream.
If you are not using MessageParts, then just fill in the TStream with your
message text directly.
Either way, once you have the raw message content that you want to transmit,
you can then encode the data using the appropriate encoder class
(TIdEncoderQuotedPrintable, for instance), load the encoded data into the
TIdMessage.Body property, set the TIdMessage.NoEncode property to True, set
the TIdMessage.ContentTransferEncoding property as needed
('quoted-printable', for instance) and then send the TIdMessage.
