Where and when are you doing that ?

try with
if (ClientSocket->Active && ClientSocket->Socket->Connected )
    ClientSocket->Socket->SendBuf((void*)&Message,sizeof(TCPmessageType));

Do not reconnect immediately. Give the system time to
process messages and when all is done then first reonnect.
