Why should it be? :-) The strange thing is a non Italian Name together with 
an Italian Last Name, but this appens to many USA people that have their old 
roots in my beautiful country :-)
By the way I think that the most near Italian name to Steve is Stefano (my 
name) cause I think You do not more use Stephen, do You?
