Yes the knowledge base is very helpful, as it gives you a complete
list of tasks for removal of indy 8, and installation of Indy 9.

However, it's somewhat wrong.  (at least in my case, on 2 seperate
installations)  

I got the same "procedure entry point" error.  The fix is this:

You need to delete the indy60.bpl file which is located in the
\Borland\CBuilder6\Bin directory.  

A trivial thing I know, and this post is not meant to criticize at
all, just to help others who get the same message.
