I'm not sure. It's a Windows NT domain or Active Directory I want the user 
list from. I don't know whether a local system call will allow me to get the 
list, or if I have to contact the server which manages the Active Directory 
or domain.

Windows NT4 or Server 2000/2003.

That wouldn't be a problem. I don't mind whether it's the local computer or 
the network that supplies the user list.

Any suggestions?
