Like I said before, ICS does not use threads for managing its connections.
If you are using your own threads, then you would be better off using a
blocking server, such as Indy's servers, rather than a non-blocking one,
such as ICS's.

It is in the beta version.  In the Release version, the queue size is
hard-coded to 5.
