Hi, I just fired the program up to see what the exception was, and the fricking thing works now! I can't believe it. I'm sure I haven't made any changes. I wonder if it was one of those random Windows Notworking things that crop up from time to time. As I said, the problem only surfaced on the Win2000 machine. But now it seems to have gone. I only hope it doesn't come back to haunt me at a later stage in my project.
