That is not entirely true.  SendStream() can return true even if the whole
stream was not sent.  As soon as the socket blocks, SendStream() exits
returning true.  You would have to check the stream's Position to know
whether the full stream was sent or not, and if not then send the remaining
stream data again.  SendStream() always begins as the stream's current
Position.

Pointer is a typedef for void*.
