The user -you- has to know that address to begin with.
If you want to up/download a file you would know where you would
up/download it to/from I think.

If you know the hostname of the server -or its ipadrres- then
you given that to your client application.

The server does not know the client until a client connects.

It is like you want to fone me. Then you -the client- needs to
know my fonenumeber to begin with.
