When OnUDPRead event occurs, a stream parameter
contains exactly one UDP packet or is it possible that
it will contain 2 or more packets?
Also, if an event handler code does not read all data from
a stream, on the next call the stream will contain a new data
only or unread data from a previous call, plus, a new data?
