That should be:

void __fastcall TServerForm::ServerSocketClientRead(TObject *Sender,
TCustomWinSocket *Socket)

or

void __fastcall TForm1::ServerSocketClientRead(TObject *Sender,
TCustomWinSocket *Socket)

That just depends of the name of your class. I.e. the name of the
TForm where the TServerSocket component is dropped on.
