I tried asking for localhost without running the server program and
still got a 10049.  Remy suggested the correct answer - I am not
setting a port explicitly (or implicitly through the Service property)
and end up getting thrown port 0 at me.  The chat program does the
same but gets port 1024 and therefore works.
