I need to associate some "user" data to a TIdPeerThread.
This data would be defined and attached in the OnConnect method
to be made available in OnExecute and OnDisconnect.  I see using
one of the following scenarios:

1) If TIdPeerThread offers a hook (pointer of type void*), the
data can be attached to it.

2) Create a super class with TIdPeerThread as the base.  How does
one tell TIdTCPServer to use these user threads?

3) Create a data structure outside of the Indy world and use
the TIdPeerThread::TreadID as a hash value to access a specific
record in the data structure.
