You can still use a single TIdTCPServer for that.  That is what the Bindings
collection is designed for.

TIdTCPServer can handle multiple clients on multiple IP/port combinations
just fine.  Any problems it may have is most likely in problem in your own
code.

Look at the Bindings property.

You don't need any code.  You can set everything up at design-time, and it
will work-as-is.
